Rising Stars Module

Empowering talented front-line managers with the skills and capabilities to make them even more valuable to your organization and clients. This module trains them how to understand the critical element of presentations, provides guidelines on how to create a presentation document and how to successfully present themselves and their information in order to consistently achieve their objectives.

​Senior Manager Module

VP, SVP and EVP manager levels are very talented at their specific practice and managing client relationships. But very few get individualized, hands-on training that gives them the specific individual and team  skills that help them drive more effective outcomes and revenue. This module provides training in the solid basics of presenting and storytelling, but also includes training and workshopping that focus on managing a presenting team.

​Executive Master-Class Module

While executives are talented individuals, not all executives are strong presenters. And almost all executives benefit from a refresher course of the elements and skills of great presenting. This course is a very individualized session that focuses on what executives feel they would like to improve and what they need to improve. And to maintain a presenting style that is aligned to their personal style.

  • Session Length: 1 Day, 1.5 Hours

For a team or company offsite meeting and employee gatherings, providing an entertaining and insightful overview of presenting skills and techniques is a tangible and valued benefit. Providing an overview of the elements of good presentations and how to build and deliver presentations can be a motivating and aspirational element to a meeting. Also included is a discussion on the benefits of being a well-honed presenter – whether it’s with current clients or in new business pitches.

Live Pitch Presentation Coaching

Providing independent and objective guidance during a final pitch presentation to ensure that the entire team is aligned on their messaging, ready to deliver and poised to win. Focused on helping to fine tune the pitch story, presentation headline and copy, ensuring proper scripting, delivery and individual coaching. This work can be done independently or in conjunction with an existing agency new business team.

  • Session Length: 3 days in person

  • Attendees: 8-10 presenters
